We only collect what you choose to share:

• Quote requests. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you are interested in, and any details you add. This is delivered to our business inbox through our form provider, FormSubmit.
• Chat assistant. If you use the on-site chat, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are helpful. This does not build a personal profile of you.
• Language preference. Your English or Spanish choice is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

We use the details you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule service, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and reach you: FormSubmit (to deliver form submissions to our email), OpenRouter (to power the chat assistant), and our hosting and analytics platform, Vercel. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your data.

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

We keep quote requests and related messages for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@sanjuancarpet.com.

You can always call or text us instead of using the form. To ask what information we hold, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@sanjuancarpet.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
