Any prices shown or discussed before an in-person assessment are estimates, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on the size, condition, and access of the space, and is confirmed with you before any work begins.

We schedule by phone, text, or the contact form. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we schedule your appointment.

We take care to deliver thorough, professional cleaning. Some stains, odors, and wear are permanent and may not respond fully to cleaning. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carpet Cleaning San Juan LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Illinois law.
